Games

Death match

This simple game promises lots of action.  Combatants stay involved in the battle by re-spawning when killed.  Though this game can be played on almost any terrain, team bases should always be placed out of sight of each other.

Characters

Team Alpha (5HP) vs. Team Bravo (5HP)

Objective

Both teams: Eliminate more members of the opposing force than your own team suffers.

Re-spawns

Unlimited re-spawns.  This is a timed match.

Victory

The team with the most kills is the victor.

Capture and hold

This mission requires a key landmark on the battlefield for the teams to vie for.  This game is usually set for 15 minutes.

Characters

Team Alpha (5HP) vs. Team Bravo (5HP)

Objective

Both teams: Control the designated area or landmark (such as a fort or bridge).

Re-spawns

Unlimited re-spawns for the first 14 minutes at the teams’ starting points.

Victory

The team with the most survivors within the designated area at the end of the game is the victor.

Capture the flag

Stealth is required in this classic mission, as is appropriate use of team members.  Agility and quickness are valuable assets in the strike force.

Characters

Team Alpha (3HP) vs. Team Bravo (3HP)

Objective

Steal the other team’s colors and return them to your base.

Re-spawns

Unlimited re-spawns.  Re-spawns take place out of sight of the flag.

Victory

The first team to complete the mission is declared the winner.

V.I.P. Escort

A basic scenario mission, the V.I.P. Escort requires a longer playing field.  The escorting team moves the entire length of the field during the game.  Teams are uneven, with the escorting team having about 40% of available gamers.

Characters

V.I.P. (2HP)

Special Forces (SF) Escort Team (6HP)

Ambushers (4HP)

Objective

SF Team: Get the V.I.P. to the Landing Zone in exactly 30 minutes checking in at two waypoints en route.

Ambushers:  Kill the V.I.P. and prevent the SF team from making it to the Landing Zone.

Re-spawns

SF Team:  Unlimited re-spawns are provided by the V.I.P. for the first 25 minutes, even if the V.I.P. dies.  During the last 5 minutes of play, the team receives 50% replacements.

Ambushers:  Unlimited re-spawns from minute 12 to minute 25.  During the last 5 minutes of play, the team receives 50% replacements.

Victory

SF win: The V.I.P. gets to both waypoints and is alive in the LZ at the 30-minute mark.

Draw: The V.I.P. dies but at least half of the SF team survives and are in the LZ at the 30-minute mark.

Ambushers win: If neither of the above are completed by the SF team, the Ambushers are victorious.

Base Assault

With infantry combat, a frequent scenario is fighting over a specific key location.  Teams start out of sight of one another, and the Defenders are deployed in and around the objective.  Sometimes the Attackers are more numerous than the Defenders, since it is often easier to defend.

Characters

Attackers (3HP) vs. Defenders (3HP)

Objective

Control the designated key location by outnumbering the opposing force at game’s end.

Re-spawns

Unlimited re-spawns for first 20 minutes.  Defenders get 50% replacements during last 10 minutes.  Attackers get 100% replacements if they have taken less re-spawns than Defenders during the first 20 minutes.  Otherwise, Attackers get 50% replacements.

Victory

The team with the most live members at the objective at the end of the game is declared the winner.
